Recently, the shortlist for the 2025 AMBA & BGA Global Excellence Awards was officially announced. Our school's Compassionate Futures Nexus project has been nominated for the Best CSR and Sustainability Initiative, while Long Minyan, a 2021 undergraduate student majoring in Agricultural and Forestry Economics, has been nominated for the BGA Student of the Year Award.
In this selection, institutions from 19 countries received nominations. UK universities topped the list in terms of quantity, followed closely by Chinese universities, which ranked second. A total of 9 Chinese universities made the cut, garnering 10 nominations, demonstrating the strong capabilities and influence of China's higher education in business on the global stage. Our school, with its outstanding performance, is the only institution in China to receive two nominations, marking the third time we have achieved dual nominations for the AMBA & BGA Global Excellence Awards.
The Best CSR and Sustainability Initiative aims to recognize institutions that uphold the principles of social responsibility and sustainable development, striving to create a positive impact in society. Our institution works closely with numerous stakeholders to contribute, through concrete actions, to building a more harmonious, inclusive, and sustainable society with the strength of School of Business Administration.
The BGA Student of the Year Award aims to recognize students with exceptional professional potential and extraordinary leadership skills.
